We have recently been awarded a contract to install 38 IBM AnyPlace Kiosk Patient Satisfaction Touch Screens for Tower Hamlets Primary Care NHS Trust.
This is an exciting contract for us to win as it means we have now secured contracts with our eighth NHS Trust.
We have been contracted to carry out the following:
- Arrange surveys with Practice Managers
- Complete a full site survey of all 38 Practice locations
- Arrange installation times of the following with each Practice

We will be managing all aspects of the project from surveying through to completion and handover.
The IBM touch screen is being supplied to Tower Hamlets Primary Care NHS Trust by Customer Research Technology
and has a 7 year life span.
• Rugged exterior is retail hardened to withstand frequent use and rough handlingand has a 7 year life span.
• Resistant to electrostatic discharge shock.
• Sealed display is spill resistant.
• Separate cooling chamber for electronics
• Hidden cables and power cord are tamper resistant
